These terms govern your use of probably3d.com and any purchases you make. We've written them in plain language because legal boilerplate helps no one.

Use of This Site

By using this site, you agree to these terms. Use it for its intended purpose — browsing, shopping, and supporting queer-owned small business. Don't do anything illegal, harmful, or that would make your grandmother disappointed.

Orders & Payment

• All prices are in USD.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card details.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if something seems off (fraud, pricing errors, etc.). We'll always refund you if that happens.
• All products are made to order. Production typically takes 1–3 business days.

Shipping & Returns

• Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after production. Free on orders over $50.
• We offer 30-day returns on undamaged items — no questions asked. Just email us.
• Custom text bricks are final sale because they're made specifically for you.
• If something arrives damaged, send us a photo and we'll make it right. Full stop.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — designs, photography, copy, and brand assets — is owned by Probably 3D Printing. Don't copy, reproduce, or redistribute without permission. Pride flag designs are community symbols and are not claimed as proprietary.

Limitation of Liability

We make our products with care, but we're a small 3D printing operation, not a Fortune 500. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) in question. We're not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York.
